1. Overview
Conteudos is a personal content management tool used to organize local video files and help an authorized user upload their own content to TikTok through TikTok's approved developer tools.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any video, caption, hashtag, audio, image, or other material you upload is owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish it.
3. TikTok Integration
The app may use TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API after you authorize access. Any upload or publication action is subject to TikTok's terms, community guidelines, API policies, and review requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.
- Upload misleading, harmful, illegal, spam, or abusive content.
- Attempt to bypass TikTok authorization, rate limits, review, or platform rules.
- Use credentials or accounts that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
5. No Guarantee of Availability
The app is provided as-is. Features may stop working if TikTok changes its APIs, permissions, review status, rate limits, or platform requirements.
6. Account Access
TikTok account access is granted only through TikTok's authorization flow. You may revoke access through TikTok account settings or the applicable TikTok developer authorization controls.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conteudos is not liable for losses, account restrictions, content removals, rejected uploads, or other outcomes resulting from your use of the app or TikTok's services.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
