4. Sharing

Information is not sold. Relevant data is sent to TikTok only when needed to use TikTok Login Kit, TikTok Content Posting API, or other TikTok developer services authorized by the user.

5. Storage and Security

Any stored tokens, file metadata, or upload records should be kept in a restricted environment controlled by the app owner. Reasonable technical measures should be used to protect credentials and prevent unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed to operate the app, troubleshoot uploads, comply with applicable obligations, or until the user revokes access or requests deletion where applicable.

Users can revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok account settings or the applicable TikTok authorization controls. After revocation, the app will no longer be able to perform actions requiring that TikTok authorization.
